Structures owns and inventories the asset required to complete emergency repairs including:
- Bridge expansion device replacements
- Bridge deck repairs utilizing high-early concrete achieving strength within 90 minutes to open to traffic
- Installation of 2.5” steel bridging plates to span compromised structures
- Thrie beam installation to span gaps in crash barrier
- Installation of temporary, stationary or mobile impact attenuators
- Installation of temporary shoring
Structures has successfully completed multiple emergency repair projects often phasing multiple crews to work 24-hr per day to return structures back into service while minimizing the impact to the traveling public or facility operations.
